Pattern cutting

Pattern cutting is the key step to creating your fashion line. It is important to create the garment which will fit well and it is all starting with creating a pattern. We provide a professional, prompt and personal service to our clients. Our pattern cutting team work from technical specs, illustrations and photographs, ready made garment. After going through all designs and requirements together with you, we translate your ideas into perfect garment. 

We charge an hourly rate for pattern making. We can provide you with the rough estimate for making a pattern, however due to the nature of work, we would be able to tell you the final time only after the pattern is finished.

Our lead times vary depending on the time of the year and our current workload. Urgent projects are welcome, however might incur an additional surcharge.

Toile making

Toile (The fit sample) is exactly what is sounds like, it is a production of your design specifically for fit. This sample does not have your brand-specific trims, but does use your fabric. This gives you the opportunity to really find the flaws and fix them from the beginning.

Fitting

Our fitting services include taking accurate measurements, making adjustments to patterns and garments, and ensuring that the final product fits perfectly.

Sample making

Once you have the patterns, toile and all the fabrics and trimmings ready we can produce a high quality sample for you. Sampling stage is carried out with great attention in order to meet the highest standards. All samples are delivered hanging in protective garment covers and we return any unused fabrics to you after completion of the work.

We are particularly experienced in high-end quality finishings required for luxury brands and London Fashion week designers. Luxury RTW, loungewear and menswear are our core strengths, however we have worked with several bespoke, childrenswear and streetwear clients with outstanding results.

Our grading services involve taking an existing garment pattern and scaling it up or down to create the required sizes. Grading services are an important aspect of the fashion industry because they help to achieve consistency in sizing and fit across a range of sizes. Our team of experienced grading professionals specialises in grading garments for all body types and sizes, using the latest techniques and equipment to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Tech packs helps to ensure that the final product meets the designer's specifications and is produced correctly. Our tech pack creation services include all the information needed to manufacture the garment, including detailed sketches, measurements, fabrics, colors, and trim specifications. We take a detailed approach to tech pack creation, ensuring that every detail is captured and documented to avoid any confusion or errors during the production process.

We offer a full cut and make service for small garment production runs. All our garments are made in our studio in London and every step of the clothing manufacturing process is closely monitored. Production runs are made from your requirements and measurements, and may be undertaken in conjunction with any other services we provide at our studio: pattern cutting, fabric cutting, fitting, and sampling.
